![]() ![]() The back leg represents corn, a staple of their diet. The braided front legs represent antlers and the Deer Clan. The rear of the sculpture is carved in the shape of a Wolf, one of the eight clans of the Seneca Nation. The Eagle is the sacred bird to all native peoples and represents their connection to the Great Spirit. Center focus is a massive wooden sculpture of an Eagle that incorporates five elements of significance to “the people”. ![]() The Spa is located in the Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel which was a short walk from The Giacomo Hotel where we were staying - it seems everything in Niagara is a short walk from the Giacomo, which could not be in a better location The Seneca Hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with Seneca Nation artifacts and legends. I was “Queen for a Day” - well anyway for 4 hours! On our recent journey in Niagara Falls U.S.A. What would a trip away from home be without a visit to a spa? For me the degree of pampering and the benefits of limber muscles, a line-free face, and smooth hydrated body, turn a good vacation into a great one.
